Formerly located in San Miguel de Allende,  now in San  Diego, Chocodisiac is dedicated to serious chocolate aficionados who insist upon the finest ingredients. We use high cocoa-content dark chocolate Belgium couverature to mold the shells, while the ganache (filling) is made directly with Tabasco state cacao beans which we toast, hull, and grind here with a SMALL amount of sugar for an intense chocolate experience. We are constantly experimenting with new interesting and innovative flavors using simple, unadulterated, fresh ingredients that complement the naturally seductive taste of the chocolate itself. Never cloying,  always respectful of the essence of cacao (Montezuma was on to something)  Chocodisiac is a rare source of real, small-batch chocolate!
